Here is the list of 15 best of from rock & pop which 2012 offered:

This guy came up with his first UK number-one single in last 8 years: catchy "Candy". Welcome back Robbie Williams, cheers from no 15.

Charlie Straight enter no 14. with their debut's follow-up from which are lovely songs "Coco" and eponymous "Someone With A Slow Heartbeat".

No 13: Girls Aloud brought "Something New" later this year, an uptempo dancefloor filler produced by Xenomania, trendy and catchy as hell.

No 12: British singer and songwriter Jessie Ware, whose debut album "Devotion" was nominated for a Mercury Prize, shines with her singles "Wildest Moments" and "110%".

"Feel The Love" and "Not Giving In" by a music quartet Rudimental are one of the biggest electronic records of the year, bubbling here under the top ten at no 11.

No 10: The spring follow-up of "Conditions" by Australian indie rock band The Temper Trap offers passionately beautiful singles "Need Your Love" and "Trembling Hands".

No 9: West-Londoner, independent songwriter and singer King Charles released some fresh 'n' folk including hit "Lady Percy" or "Loveblood".

Number 8 belongs to Muse and their dark stadium-crushing "Madness" or "Follow Me" from band's Grammy nominated album "The 2nd Law".

No 7: Of Monsters And Men came up with "Little Talks" at the very beggining of 2012 and continued with reign over the charts for months...

6: The Vaccines did it for a second time, with more intimate and close LP "Come Of Age" full of rock'n'roll like "Teenage Icon" or "No Hope".

At number 5 are Mercury Prize awarded alternative ∆ Alt-J. With re-releasing "Matilda" later this year they attack on mainstream ear.

Pleasure for me, Coldplay visited Prague and released next singles from 2011 "Mylo Xyloto" era, incl. duet with Rihanna. Reasons for no 4!

3rd place belongs to England rock band Kasabian and brilliant January ballad "Goodbye Kiss" from 2011 fruitful LP "Velociraptor!".

No 2: An unique voice and sensual lyrics, newcomer Lana Del Rey did it well on "Born To Die" with eponymous single, "Video Games" and more..
"Born To Die" by American singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey gained a huge succes and received it's re-release "Paradise".

Their 2004 debut "Hot Fuss" has finally a rival, 2012 is year of NOW-STADIUM Brandon Flower's band - in my eyes. "Battle Born" by Las Vegas rockers was released in september, recieving positive critics and offering intriguing sound. Grammy awarded The Killers made my 2012 in musical way :). Epic singles "Runaways" and "Miss Atomic Bomb" deserve to be on a top spot! Amen.
