these have got to be the best genres of music you can get, especialy americana, it can have a thousand different styles of music in it, if u have trouble finding a certain rugged sound check out americana. And alt-country runs pretty close 'long side americana, mainstream country has went to hell, its hard to tell country from pop music anymore, and half the singers have forced fake accents, not to mention the music, its so processed it just sounds fake, theres no "real" to it anymore, but alt-country has saved us from all that, people like us that figured it was time to make country music sound like it should, with voices that ain't altered by a machine and raw istruments that all makes it feel like ur right there listinen' in person.
