I'm the opposite lol I just wish it would be sunny every day :~( and dude you're not alone, it's hard to find a friend who likes the same music I do. last.fm makes me feel better in that way, it's how I know that there's someone living near me (lots of ppl from vancouver on last.fm) who has similar music taste and that makes me happy

I don't understand, you like harsh winters? I moved from Taiwan to Canada two years ago and I'm still not loving the cold but maybe that's just me. I would love go to the UK to study as well, it just seems like an amazing place although tbh I get that idea from tv shows. uhh I live like a 30 minute drive away from Vancouver. pretty boring here. I wish I lived in the city!

theteenagequeen well, i really think that you should listen to the strokes' album "is this it." it's their first record, and critics always say it changed music...it is wonderful. so that's a great place to start.
