I just found an old code you sent from months ago, and it worked! Thankfully! Thank you, and you continue to rock my iTunes.

That was exactly the tour. It was such a late show. A local band named Mark Needs a Chick played before, and then a lot of people left. I didn't know Benton Falls was supposed to be there. That would have blown my mind. As for Guatemala, I teach English at a small private school here, and I'm helping them develop some Arts programs.

I saw you guys when you played a show in Houston, Texas with Red Animal War and Counterfit. That is still one of my favorite shows. It was the only time I actually got to see you all. I will get you the songs. I live in Guatemala now, but I will be back in The States this next month. Your profile says UK, but your email appears to be Univ. Texas, where are you right now?

ahhh do you remember at the 2004 show when braid played i keep a diary? i almost died! It's my most favorite. You are lucky to have a few wise years on me and actually have been around when those bands were truly alive. I discovered them a little too late! I havent heard the new mock orange, I looked for it today whilst i was in brooklyn, but no dice. maybe you will have to organize a mix for me one day, I always want new bands. I saw broken social scene last night and wish i could be stuck there forever; never wanted it to end!

Ooh...Fruit Tree, eh? Days like these I wish my recod player wasn't without speakers and connection cables, but for the future, thank you! Some of the best musicians are really terrible tragedies. Still, if the music is beautiful, you listen. I play a lot of jazz, but I write a lot of low key jazzpop. Chorus first, always. Build the rest of the song around the chorus. Bill Evens and Lee Evens and incredible, but I've been tuning into some Shelly Berg (sp?) for jazz influence. He has a lovely cover of "Blackbird" by the Beatles, which was why I first listened to him. I also play flute, but only for competitions and band at school. It's not as rock and rool, unfortunately. :) Hobizal's on your music, yes? I really love what he does in "Josefin the Writer" and "Lover's Weep(which I've almost got by ear)." His playing is lovely. :) Weekend will be over soon, but since mine's been good, i hope everyone else's is as well!

I'm in America, not that that's all too exciting, but it works :) I've never really heard of Scott Walker, but I've been listening to Nick Drake a bit lately, after a friend reccomended his music. I Youtubed him up and I love his voice very much. My computer is broken, so I have to use another and can't load last.fm and just realized I can listen through the pages here so I kind of feel foolish for not knowing that and not listening on last.fm... As for your music, I love Good Morning Lolly. If I lived downtown and not in the 'burbs, I would walk down the main streets and listen to pretty much anything of yours. I have downloaded every song off of your site, but I will eventually buy the physical disc. Support the artists you love, yo! Right now, in particular, I enjoy Lover's Weep because the drum beats are mournful and really very beautiful :) I love your music. I write music too, actually. But I play piano. My knowledge of the guitar is rather pitiful ahhaha.
