1) The Fall of Troy - The Dark Trail
A song full of angsty screamo mixed with clear lyrics. Mathcore and certainly one of the best moments for The Fall of Troy in my opinion. I started to listen to this band with this album and at the same time I was starting to go to Last.fm, which even at that time felt like a great service for music enthusiasts. Not too much emotion wasted to this song, but I thought is was pretty good and I needed to test "loved"-feature of Last.fm so this song has been stuck there for years now, and it's a cool song anyways. Now the band isn't as good as in the golden days but worth listening anyways.
2) Adam Green - Friends of Mine
Adam Green is this anti-folk singer with really short songs and quite often they are filled with really obscure lyrics that practically make no sense. This song is the title track from the same named album. Adam Green was basicly my first Last.fm love that I started to listen hundreds of tracks in a day. Somehow his positive attitude and fun songs fitted with my mindset at that time. Even though my friends mocked me for listening to him, I'm not embarrassed to say that he is quite cool.
3. Perfume - Computer City
This was another one of my wonderful Last.fm discoveries. I listened to this wonderful Shibuya-kei band Capsule some time before going to Last.fm, but when I came here and started looking around I found out that the main man behind capsule is also producing Perfume, a three-girl-band from Hiroshima. Perfume is really good basic Japanese perfection production-wise and songs are catchy and fun to listen to. Nothing to annoy you, just good Japanese electro with cute girls singing :3 And this song, although not their best, makes no exceptions.
Other loved tracks songs by Perfume include I still love U, Negai, Perfect Star Perfect Style and ポリリズム
