What you said is impressive and brilliant, especially your understanding of singer/songwriter. Sometimes when we judge whether a certain song is great, we will pay attention to its lyrics, rhythm, vocal and instrument, but the situation will be different while the song is from a folk singer, because the literal meaning is the most important way to grasp the cognition and emotion. So language problem just stops me from apprehend this man's great work, but I am much more curious about him after you expressed his basic situation. Though i have experienced a italian course in college, i just alwasy skiped classes at that time. I have to say you just surprised me: your english is as elegant as your country's impression to most people. Now an easy musical question: Is singer/songwriter your loving style?
