Absolute boredom made me click the neighbours icon and you somehow came up. And I recall over hearing a conversation regarding Charles dickens from the tea society . Small world , I guess . I'll pm you now

I'm always amazed how fast time flies! Came by your neck of the woods this morning and see that I last visited on Sept 9! I recommended Imagine Dragons when they were just scratching the music surface ~ and now ~ very hot band. I feel special :D Hope life is good....

Fairly well, thanks! I'm enjoying Stymeist's class by the way; he's really down-to-earth and his syllabus is interesting, so thank you for recommending him. I coincidentally happened to sign up for CanLit with his wife, Dr. Jamieson, who's also great. Only have a single exam tomorrow and then I'm on break for about a month, which will give me some time to read stuff of my own choosing, for a change. How's England? Learn any interesting slang yet? My favourite band (My Bloody Valentine) just announced a few shows around your area. Really wish I had the money to go..I'm currently considering selling one of my kidneys.

Hey there good lookin' ~ sorry it took me so long to offer up a recommendation ~ so here you go (in case you don't have 'em on your radar) ~ I highly recommend Imagine Dragons! Here's some samples of earlier songs: http://soundcloud.com/imaginedragons/sets/its-time-ep/ , but they have just realeased their new album "Night Visions" and it's EXCELLENT... enjoy more songs @ ... http://www.myspace.com/imaginedragons ... and Billboard has them moving UP ~ http://www.billboard.com/news/imagine-dragons-lecrae-albums-headed-for-1007943952.story#

My summer is going fairly well, thanks. Osheaga! That must've been a blast. The reading list for Stymeist's class seems interesting (unlike my Canadian lit class), and I'm pretty unfamiliar with pre-19th century literature (besides Shakespeare, of course), so I have no doubt I'll enjoy it. Reading Dickens and getting a Master's in the UK seems really enjoyable itself--best of luck! Enjoy Britain!

Hey there, how are you? Taking British Literatures I with Stymeist based on your recommendation; hope I'll like him as much as you did. Couldn't fit in an Art History class this year but I picked up "The Story of Art" by Gombrich to make up for it. You're studying Victorian Lit, right? Ever read Middlemarch by George Elliot (Mary Anne Evans)? I recently finished reading it and thought it was fantastic--you should really check it out if you haven't. You probably have, though.

Mr. Meeble ~ Raindrops (Soul Whirling Mix) ~ absolutely beautiful ~ but then again, my knees buckle hearing the female voice hit perfect notes as she blends her vocals within the electronic toys the artists use. But what's sad is I couldn't find her name ANYWHERE... Her vocals MADE that album ... But album did make me think of the new 2012 release by the French band Air. You "may" like it. So grab a glass of wine, give it a spin and weigh in your thoughts ~ honesty is fine =) [http://www.myspace.com/intairnet]

Rootwire ~ they are being REALLY quiet about lineup, so no news yet. I was going to send you a playlist from last year via Spotify, but I see you're in Canada where that just isn't going to happen. I think you have Rdio instead. So, I'll just link you up with some of the bands from 2011; some with free downloads or donations. Normally you gotta give up your email address for the freebies (no big deal unless you're concerned about 'em sending you email updates). So here's address of of Jimkata: http://www.jimkata.com/?page_id=512 ~ if you're not into this sh*t, just say PLEASE STOP (or) gimme more, more, more =) Hope your studies are going well ~ Spring is making me lazy ~ and studying would be the LAST THING I'd want to be doint right now ~ later (for now) ~ going kayaking [http://www.freestockphotos.biz/pictures/0/359/kayak.jpg]

bummer ~ you'll get your chance again. Maybe your next "possibles" will work out for you. I don't listen much to Kasabian, but the Cults hit it pretty big this year ~ unique sound. Hmmm, my next concert is June 7 w/ The Avett Brothers. I love outdoor concerts and the weather will be nice around here by then. Hope you're thawing out up there =) ♫

well, even though i can't actually use the hard drive in my laptop, i can run a USB cord to it and copy some of the music off it. only problem is my homegirl april gave me a 60 GB hard drive out her laptop, and i had a 500GB hard drive....90 GB of that was music library alone, so i'll have to wait to get a legit 500GB hard drive again before i can access all my music.
