Bloody Lastfm fucking about, nah they're alright I'll give them a second chance. You know what I mean? Your clash finder is exactly what I imagined it would be! Pretty simply really, one after another, no clashes. I've never listened to Sun Kil Moon, wouldn't be up my bum would it? Yeah massive disappointment compared to Swim, at the moment it wouldn't even be in my top 10 which is a massive shame. Flylo is gonna bring the big guns i think. "awful radio 1 dire-cluster-fuck of a track" glad we agree about that. What, Sleeper is one of my fav WA films! It's awesome, just like the poster! Love it. So we're off to France tomorrow for my mates wedding, hope you guys have a wicked holiday too!!! Radiohead announce one off show in Brighton while you're away!

EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE MEATS. Second chance? Is that the new GOAT? Hun? Second chance? Joe? I've decided not to listen to the new Caribou loads and loads, don't want to overdo it before the thing is even out. I can definitely see it growing on me, not second chance thou. Josh Brolin vs The Avengers innit. Top 5 you say? Oh go on then, no order: Liars, Caribou, The Bug, Jesu and NMH I guess. What would your 5 be out of interest? No idea if it's close to the venue, not even 100% sure where that is! Olympic Park? I saw what you did there you mastermind you, a second chance please? Sounds like the perfect holiday with all the second chances. Treated myself to this for the living room http://www.richardgoodallgallery.com/rggstore/movie-posters/brandon-schaefer/sleeper-movie-poster-p-15460.html. Saw it when we went to Manchester last year.

Wish the after party wasn't at the fucking o2 thou. We went to the prob Brooklyn Bowl in NY. Wow the place you're staying looks absolutely lovely, you'll have an amazing and chilled time. Just be in that pool all day you know what I'm saying?

Jesus you won't stop until you've had all the meats. I loved all the meats we had in Brighton, I'd do it again tomorrow. Ah cool cheers for the link, looks really cool, I reckon I should be able to come and cum. I'd love the leak to be a fake! It's only 2 listens but yeah it's my least fav album of his, mainly because there are no songs I actually dislike on his previous where I really don't like the one where the bird songs on, her voice is so generic and boring. I liked most of the action scenes in GOTG thou it was very hard to tell what was going on with the 3D and shit flying around everywhere. Did you like Josh Brolin in it? Look out Avengers! I wasn't that bothered with the green dorris and her underwritten character. It's no Planet of the Apes as a Summer blockbuster but it's prob the best Marvel film I've seen apart from the first Iron Man. Pratt vs Dinosaurs! Yep no big clashes for Jabber, may have to leave stuff early to catch the start of the big boys but that's cool.

He was very nice too, when we met him earlier in the day. I spoke to him about his good friend, Mike Rampton! Anyway. How was the big 3-0 weekend? Did you win it 3-0? Did the wife have fun and get absolutely hammered? Did Adam slap anyone on the back? Was Vicky awake after her mammoth cycle? Would you recommend Guardians of the Galaxy? QUESTIONS! x

I would've much rather had seen Nathan Fake at the end, but everyone else wanted to be in Oval Space for the after party. Polica were so dull. Every single song sounded the same and I've never seen a band make so little use of two drummers. Cheatahs were great, as always. The Laundry is a pretty bloody impressive venue, considering it came out of nowhere. It's boiling hot in there though, Shabazz Palaces is going to be like a black power sauna. The Range was fucking incredible. Not entirely sure what he was doing, as he had a weird combination of laptops and CDJs, but he seamlessly kept it all going for an hour and had so much energy. Andrew WK was ridiculous. It was just him on a keyboard with his mate shouting along, and his songs sound awful played on a keyboard, but he's such a showman! Any man who can get away with doing a slow countdown from 100-1 in an auto-tuned voice before his final track, causing a stage invasion, is alright by me.

Hello. You are a lunatic and a Drowned in Sound reader. What do you want first; Joe or Visions (AndrewWKFest)?! There'll be lots of Joe either way, Joe. Joe was ok, classic 6/10. I enjoyed it, but it wasn't great and I'm not too sure it was a return to form, as Cage (Joe) can do better than that. It was a strange/confused film and strange seeing him (Joe) so reserved, at least until he (Joe) barged his way into the brothel and (Joe) shouted "WHAT'S YOUR'E FAVOURITE COLOUR?! SUCK IT!" at a prostitute. Joe's dog (Joe) was excellent though. What a beast. It was a wonderful evening anyway - a proper man date with that handsome old gang member. Right. That's Joe (Joe) done. Visions was stupidly fun. Didn't see quite as much as I wanted to see, due to drinking, group logistics, arm wrestling and erm, MEETING ANDREW WK, but still got to see my boys Cheatahs, Eagulls, Josef (Joe) Salvat, The Range, WK, Veronica Falls and Polica.

s t a r g a z e. You know, s t a r g a z e. I don’t have a clue who will be there as part of s t a r g a z e, but people like Nils Frahm and Pantha du Prince have worked with them in the past so they must be alright. I can’t believe you’ve been through the Visions lineup. I thought there was a bit of a window between Eagulls and Dirty Beaches but it’s probably not going to happen. Eagulls it is. You’re a lunatic. Have you Clashfindered it? I don’t think I’ll be watching Perfume Genius, as good as his new song it. That’s no way to end a night. I’m not too sure who the other guys want to see at the very end, so hopefully I can convince them to come and Fake it with me. Can’t wait to see Joe. Can’t wait to do a shot of amaretto (the cinema spirit) every time someone says Joe. Goat sounds brilliant!

No worries! Glad you like it. I like it just as much as the EP, although I’m not a big fan of ‘Sad Song’. I thought I’d reply about clashes on here rather than Facebook, as Facebook is no place for music chat. No one wanted to talk Shabazz Palaces on there. What a journey that album takes you on! It’s fucking bonkers. Imagine if they worked with FlyLo. Just imagine it. Vinyl should arrive tomorrow, I’m hoping I’ve got some crazy purple edition but it’s not looking likely. I’m thinking my day will be: Cheatahs / Jaako Eino Kalevi / Alvvays / Eagulls / Dirty Beaches / The Range / Andrew WK / Nathan Fake. Annoyingly the two bands I wanted to see the most are on at exactly the same time (The Range and Young Fathers) and 2 events I wanted to go to are on at exactly the same time (Visions and Nonny face). It’s not just Julia Holter at the Barbican darling, it’s Julia Holter plus the Berlin experimental classical collective s t a r g a z e! Whoever they are. Thought you’d be all over it. x

"Flying Lotus makes his long-awaited comeback with new material and a new live show in his only European date for the rest of 2014. This is the first Flying Lotus performance in the capital with a full band plus a full AV show. Hip hop alter ego Captain Murphy will make an appearance alongside the amazing Thundercat playing a full live show." FULL BAND

The Meantime and pizza is all you need to remember! OHHHH that pizza. You should double up on everything from now on; Song Reader proves that this is always a good decision. I'm looking forward to seeing this Villa team, but I can't imagine you'll play with wingbacks, unless you're bringing Alan Wright out of retirement. It's not Euro 96 man! First Utd friendly today. Can't wait to see what LVG has done to Clevz and Welbz. Definitely convince the Curt/Slap to come up for Abbott. It would be beautiful to feel the force of TOG at 100% before Simple Things. I'm not sure about FlyLo at the moment, as I just shelled out for Protomartyr, Luke Abbott and Shabazz, but I imagine one of you lot will twist my arm. p.s. just sent you the code for The Range. x

Ha! You were next! I just got a little distracted. Besides, there wasn't much to say after saturday's glorious day of owls, kestrels, falcons, medieval people, Meantime and PIZZA. I did see that about Kieran Richardson, the man who still has time to be 'the next Ryan Giggs'. Not a bad signing at all, that guy owns the left! I was going to say something about that DiS Winged Victory thread, but old drdinnermint Internet and Ticket King beat me to it. You'll be pleased to know 75% of TOG are now going to see Luke Abbott. Good times. I don't like Free Migration as much as Holkham Drones but it'll be a hell of a night in London's fashionable Dalston. Fancy some more black power salutes, the week before? http://www.rockfeedback.com/concerts/detail/shabazz-palaces-illuminations I went a bit ticket mad today. HEYHEYHEYHEY Interpol! Come on, get yourself a £75 Seatwave ticket! x

Spinto Band! Spinto Band! Flight to NY booked, I saw that earlier BOOOOOOOM, where's that damn trailer! I reckon I will be able to get in on Lindsay's London Film Festival scheme so if it's showing there, another BOOOOOOM. Ouch http://drownedinsound.com/community/boards/music/4451310. That's a lovely little Beck setlist, I saw him do an acoustic show at Royal Albert Hall that year. I can't see him playing Brighton and another London show the fucker.

That's the ATP fans for ya, if it ain't another NMH sized band they ain't happy. Ungrateful. Maybe you're not meant to see Nils Frahm. I've only heard the 3 snippets on that link I send, sounds pretty good, had no idea he had stuff on the side he was working on. I'll be able to say nearer Saturday if at least one of us will be around in the day, sorry man. GGs are correct, the opening is indeed amazing, the opening shot especially. Well you gotta put the work in don't ya, nah that's fucking crazy but I heard the previous director pulled out cos he thought it wouldn't be made in time so the new fella obviously got his whip out. I know right, play a normal London show you dickhead, the only London show for Modern Guilt was Wireless, just play the Roundhouse normally! I've entered 3 times, Lindsay isn't here so if I do win tickets I'll have a spare you know what I'm saying.
