Playing classic tracks such as Try Me, Make it Funky, This is a Man's World, Cold Sweat and Pass The Peas Ellis & Wesley were superbly accompanied by the likes of Cheikh Lô, Simphiwe Dana, Tony Allen, Wunmi and UK hip-hop artist Ty
The music performed here was a fine example of the music, legacy & influence of James Brown. Like me he would have been impressed with the concert and the artists interpretations of his songs. A fine concert.
