so for those not in the know, i've gone from an intern at KEXP who makes mixes for friends in my spare time to a bonafide dj at KEXP! i've been getting a fair share of fill-in shifts over the past few months; but the most exciting moments were over the last month when i got to host both the weekly hip-hop show (street sounds) and the weekly electronic show (expansions). it was a blast!

i also hosted expansions on august 3rd from 9:00pm-12:00am! it was awesome. i'm trying to figure out a way to break up the 3-hour show into three seperate one-hour long mp3s so i can host it somewhere. once i do, i'll post the playlist and the download links!
