• Not a Hamster

I would like to take a moment to point out that Wayne Coyne (my beloved Flaming Lips' front man) is not a hamster; however, I believe that he has temporarily let the spirit of one inhabit his brain... for the past few years.
Click here to view the hamster bubble in action (VH1's Rock Honors 2008, The Who).

Right now I happen to be watching The Who's performance on VH1's Rock Honors 2008. I am sorry, but old musicians are sometimes highly amusing to observe. Especially dancing. Oh snap. The Who is going all harmonica crazy! I bet you wish that you could play the harmonica with such mad skills as The Who's front man can.

My head feels like a hamster bubble right now. Constant and consistent headaches. Delightful. I'm off to get some ice cream. I'll be back tomorrow to share some more enlightening random points of views on the world.

So, I was babysitting the other day. The little girl was watching Sesame Street and guess who was on it? I almost died. R.E.M. was on Sesame Street. And yes, it is on YouTube! (So you too can enjoy R.E.M. singing with muppets.)

Anyways, I was on a mission today to get the LIttle Creatures album by Talking Heads. Mostly I got it for my mom, but I also like me some Talking Heads retro action. Little Creatures is one of the first albums I ever heard! I've been listening to them since I was a mere parasite to my mother's body. (She played it all the time when she was pregnant with me.) I achieved success. Hooray for file sharing sites! (Shhh! I didn't do anything illegal...)

But yeah, I am not even sure as to why I am posting a journal entry on Last FM. I think it's mostly to amuse myself, seeing as no one else would waste their time reading something this random.

I'm going to go back to eating my asian food now. And pondering many important things.
