Bio:

Sang on the Soundtrack to Black Christmas (1974) with the immortal Margot Kidder.

Understudy for the part of "Miles" in Benjamin Britten's opera "The Turn of the Screw" at the National Arts Centre in 1976.

Sang in St. Simon The Apostle's Anglican choir 1970-1980 under Edgar Hanson. The closest Toronto ever got to Kings College Cambridge style.

Played in industrial/experimental rawk acts in the 80's: The Party's Over (1980-82), Believer's Voice of Victory (1983), The Polkaholics (1983), Mr. Tim (1983), Violence and the Sacred (1984-1988), Steal this Book (1989-1991), The Fire Next Time (1990-1991).

Promoted experimental shows around Toronto (kinda like Victoriaville) under the name "Panic Productions" 1985-1988).

Put out the first indie cassette in Toronto -- "Tissue Sample" by The Party's Over (in 1981 - same year as John Oswald did his Spoors series). Put out Fifth Column's first recording on Toronto's first cassette compilation "Urban Scorch" in 1982.

Left the scene for 12 years to avoid the 90's (a period referred to as "The Cave"). That period ended around March or so 2003 when I met some wonderous folk in the newly on-fire Toronto music scene.

Joined Kinds on TV July 2003. DJ'ed with Luis Jacob, Jeremy Laing, Will Munro, Mike E.B. for Rhythm Box & Gina Rok nights 2003/4. I occasionally DJ'ed at EdgePlay,, Play/Display, Folie A Deux, etc.

In 2006 I briefly promoted Tesseract -- a monthly space rock & role-playing game night at the Beaver. I also did the annual Fifth Column Tribute at Sneaky Dee's in Toronto.
