Hi hi hi. I'm fine, how about you? Hungary? what exactly can you do there? :O Yup There is a documentary about him (rodriguez) I think it won an oscar for best documentary actually! Its called "serching for sugarman". The music sounds like a combination of Dylan and Nick Drake

Yes very true, you are obviously aware of how talented he truly is! I think he doesn't have the same amount of confidence when he is playing with a band and the chemistry between him and John was amazing! His drumming with Warpaint was pretty cool too but you are right.. an ataxia reunion would be a dream come true haha :)

Yeah I think there are alot of similarities :)) It is really annoying with the high prices. buss-tickets and beer for example you name it. Not to mention the taxes, they are to damn high :(( especially considering i dont make that much money. Indeed but it's a pretty slow car and i have to pay for the fuel ;). I understand that the smiths and Joy divison were inspired by the city but not how really. Might be hard when you're not from there hahaha. Yeah it would be awesome meeting you too! :))) like a musical pilgrimage ;)

Well a trip to England seems inevitable considering my interest in british music, litterature etc. But has not Manchester changed alot since the days of Joy Division and Smiths? :) it seemed pretty rough at that time.Perhaps to rough for me ;) hahaha but that would be serioulsy cool. Hahaha thanks!h No I havent got a car. usually drives around in my parents car. Having a car here is pretty exspensive. Yeah thats Sweden at the moment, cold as hell, most people are idiots and politicians are corrupted. Wouldnt mind moving at the moment. Btw morrissey is a god :)))

this song sum's it up pretty good http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qTqo2DrMCOw, no but just passed my driving test so I feel a bit excited ;) well we both seems to have a abnormal obsession about weather hahaha! but it's pretty similar here, the snow are melting. Maby spring is already here (unliklely) we have had like 20 below zero for weeks. It sucks..

Happy new year Sarah! All the best! My Christmas was great thank you and so was my New Year's Eve. I hope yours were great too. I'm currently busy with work and life hehe. How have things evolved for you? Did you find a job? Are you still studying? Wow, true that, By the Way was 10 years old last year. Time goes so fast. So many memories attached to this album. Mostly summer memories. But i'm sure it works the same during winter. Well, I know what I'm going to listen to tomorrow. :P

Haha, nice! :D Well I hope you eat alllll the Christmas food you want. :') Wow, awesome memory! Usually the academic year does start in late January here but that's generally only for primary and high school students. Uni starts in late February/ early March (I think) so I have plenty more time to waste haha. Awh, thanks so much. I got my results in the last couple of days. =] Awh, I doubt that's true. Besides, I don't have anything interesting to say and I find a way to ramble all the time. :') Well that's good to hear! I'm hoping you'll enter into another textpost-posting phase again soon, haha! I'm glad you didn't think it was a creepy thing to say, because it's true. ^_^

Hello! Sorry for the late reply. I've kind of neglected Last.fm lately. I'm fine thanks. =] Oh awesome, so I guess you're on Christmas holidays now? :D Hahah awh that's sweet but don't feel obliged to, my blog is super boring and I don't expect people to actually read everything I post. :') I miss your text posts though! You don't seem to post as many lately. =[ Btw, your new avatar is soo pretty. I hope this doesn't sound creepy or anything, but I have to say you have such dainty, pretty features, childlike almost. ^_^

Hello, glad to speak to you after so long!!!! ha. I've been busy as late, hence why the 13-14 day delay in reply. I have checked out Prefuse-73, and I will give him more of a listen. I've listened to quite a few tracks of his on the 'Tube from varying albums. One of them that caught my attention was Perverted Undertone. Prefuse-73 definitely falls into the DJ Shadow, UNKLE and Bonobo crop of artists which definitely isn't a bad thing.

Saaaaraaah! Awhh, thank you so much. That unexpected message really made me smile. ^_^ Haha that's okay, a lot of people seem to lurk my page without saying anything so it's nice when they do. And besides, I welcome your shouting anytime. xD How are you, anyway?

Nah, its alright. It shows that you have your priorities right in life! I keep thinking that anyway when listening to the show on the rare off chance I get to listen to it, and then in my head, I formulate what I would say to him and to the other caller if I really get into it. Yeah, I probably thought it was really boring when I was younger. Its funny how things change. And things you thought were appealing to you when you were younger are now boring! My hours at work have now changed, so I'm working lates (2-10) on Tuesday and Thursday. So I flick between Radio 1 and Radio 2. The presenters on Radio 1 can be irritating though. I don't mind Zane Lowe though. He played Airbag by Radiohead the other night along with some other new music that caught my attention. He pretty much plays a good variety of stuff to cater for everyone's need with a good dose of indie/ alternative.

even dislike it, because they do try to play other modern music along with all the R'n'B and Dance shite whether its Kasabian or who ever. When Mark Radcliffe and Marc Reiley were presenting a show in the afternoon on Radio 1 (between 1997 - 2004) it was really good, and humorous. And to top if off, they had a really good taste in music whilst taking the piss out of all the modern tripe. Yorkshire is a nice place, but it's blighted by the West Yorkshire urban area. North Yorkshire and the East Riding (bar Hell, I mean Hull) are lovely places with lovely towns and cities and picturesque landscapes. My drive is roughly 35 minutes, and I set off at 6:15, so its dark and quiet. Its pretty much a nice continuous drive. Brilliant with music! I should set off earlier though, because I'm always rushing to get to work, so I don't really enjoy the drive and the music as much, plus its wasting fuel.

Hi Sarah, sorry it's been a while. I agree with Radio 2 though. My dad listens to it, and I'm quite impartial to listening to it at times. At least they play a variety of music, something which will guarantee agreement with me amongst the rest. Yeah, they do mix it up with a bit of chart stuff here and there, but they don't play it to death like these commercial radio stations. The Jeremy Vine show can be quite interesting at times with current issues etc. Also one of my all time favourite DJs Mark Radcliffe (with Stuart Maconie) has a slot on it on a weekday evening reviewing modern music. Even though I've never properly listened to it, its probably worth listening to. I might pop it on on the drive back from the gym! Radio 1 used to be good, and at the forfront/ cutting edge of modern music. Now I don't care much for that either. Not since they've tried to (and I'm going to sound like an old man) mix it up and make it more appealing for a younger audience. I don't hate it, or....
