Goodness, less than a year between shouts? I'm shocked. Anyway, I have yet to get a hold of I Shall Wear Midnight, but I'm in line for it through the local library. I started devouring books at a young age, and though sadly college has made it more difficult to find the time for reading outside of class (even as an English major), I still read when I get the chance. As for imagination, I agree! Too much of the sense of wonder at the world has been lost. Have you read Neil Gaiman's Coraline? I felt that book really illustrated this idea. That and the writings of G. K. Chesterton and George MacDonald, but sadly no one reads them anymore :(

No, I'm afraid I never listened to much Feist, so you're safe there. I love the fact that these shouts are on average about a year apart :P

Descrizione

Being a sufferer of osteoinertia I find myself unemployable so I therefor home-medicate with cider. (diligently, * hic *).
My interests are uninteresting, my hobbies horrible, my beliefs unbelievable, my wants unattainable, my needs simple and my very existence inane.
I am, however, an unremitting optimist - I see The Doughnut, not The Hole - My Glass is FULL, not Half Empty or Half Full, Every Setback is a Lesson Learned, There is a Pot of Gold at the End of the Rainbow - or at worst you get out in the fresh air whilst looking.
My only skill seems to lie in arguement, depending on who I'm talking to I'm either a cunning linguist or a master debater.
The greatest film ever made is still The Jungle Book (cartoon - Oo-Be-Doo), Terry Pratchett just edges out Raymond E. Feist as the greatest author and the Isle of Lewis is the only place in the universe to live (not shop, get varied entertainment or strangely enough suffer serious cime but you can't have everything).
Likes - Cider, Peat Smoke, Golden Virginia, Black Books, Q.I., really bad jokes, me.
Dislikes - Anything malicious, Raw Celery, Pop Music, Reality Shows, Bees and Wasps, Warm (not Hot) Baths, me (sometimes).
There's a shit-load (or maybe a load of shit) more to me, but do you dare find out?
Check this out ---> if you feel like passing some time whilst listening to your music.
