(in alphabetical order)
- Anathema - Weather Systems, released 16 IV. Enjoyable but nothing special.
- Antimatter - Fear of a Unique Identity (Hopefully, upcoming Antimatter will reach the level of awesomness that Leaving Eden achieved)
- Archive - With Us Until You’re Dead
- As I Lay Dying - Awakened
- Baroness - Yellow & Green
- Behemoth - TBA
- Black Sabbath - TBA
- Burzum - Umskiptar (maybe it'll be better than two latest ones...)
- Cult of Luna - TBA
- Earth - Angels Of Darkness, Demons Of Light 2, released 14 II. "Every time I listen to something that isn't Earth, I think it's too fast". Eery and magical.
- Editors - TBA
- Electric Wizard - TBA
- Furia - Marzannie, Królowej Polski, released 30 II. Wow, that's an awesome album title. Music is still good, unfortunately every next Furia album has got worse lyrics.
- Godflesh - TBA
- Jodis - Black Curtain
- Katatonia - Dead End Kings
- Linkin Park - Living Things (A Thousand Suns were... surprising. I wonder if LP will evolve and - if yes - what will be the direction)
- Marduk - Serpent Sermon (another great black metal album title, isn't it?)
- Miasme - 5773, released 1 II. Too much post-rock, too little obscure post-/black/doom metal, still good, though.
- Mothlite - Dark Age, released 14 V. Psychedelic music video of Something in the Sky, avant-pop beats, interesting melodies, enthusiastic/melancholic vocals. So far it's one of the best releases of this year.
- Muse - The 2nd Law (Survival and The 2nd Law: Unsustainable suck a bit, I expect disappointment)
- Paradise Lost - Tragic Idol, released 23 IV. Stunning. As heavy as Faith Divides Us but with rather noble atmosphere, without that dirt. For now it's an album of the year.
- pg.lost - Key (I expect a post-rock masterpiece)
- Satyricon - TBA
- Sonata Arctica - Stones Grow Her Name (small breast + apple instead of head = funny cover)
- Towary Zastępcze - TBA
- Ulver - Childhood's End, released 28 V. 60s psychedelic rock songs covers by bizzare avant-garde Norwegians? Another great album of 2012. I'm really pleased.
