Agh listening to loads of electronica and chart pop has made it well hard to listen to anything with less than decent sound quality i.e the entire genre of metal.

I am ridiculously out of touch. This is what happens isn't it? 25 is the new 40.

Man I'm bitter today. Why do musicians shatter the illusion by singing? Case in point ULVER. Just don't sing guys. I don't care how natural and real you think your voice is.
