Thanks for the link. Looking forward to hearing the new truckers album in full, so far I've just heard clips from NPR of which was superb. I'm pumped to download it!

Hmm I am not sure, the only one I am sure about is the encore was Husker Du "Makes No Sense At all", someone has posted the setlist though, here enjoy!

Sorry but I didn't end up going. I don't really have any interest in hearing any Husker Du or Sugar songs so when I saw he's only been playing about five solo songs per night it put me off. It looks like he's been playing nearly the same set every night though so check out for recent gigs.

Just saw your shout out on "Jaimme's Got a Gal" - couldn't agree with you more. Niced mixed grill by the way.

Just read your comment on Dirty Old Town and was reminiscing as well. Same age. Same music.

Here I come...

I have booked 9 nights in a cool little cabin in the Hyde Park neighbourhood of Austin, TX. and have purchased a 3 Day Festival Pass for the 2nd weekend... I am really enjoying going through the full line up and discovering acts new to me that I will be able to see live.

For anyone that is interested in musical and political history
I am reading this fantastic book at the moment 33 Revolutions per minute: A History of Protest Songs by Dorian Lynskey
From Billie Holidays's Strange Fruit in 1939 through to Green Day's American Idiot in 2004 and another 31 songs in between, it has been opening me up to whole new worlds musically
