My heart and prayers go out to the family and friends of Daniel Zamudio, who was beaten, tortured, and later died by neo-Nazis in Santiago, Chile, because he was gay.

Gay Male with partner of 32 years. Former DJ in Houston, Texas, USA, in the early to mid 80's. I currently have about a terabyte of music. with a almost full 160 gig iPod. I have about 16,000 vinyl records mostly promo's and about 800 CD's. Currently a computer Geek for my church in Kentucky (yes I said gay and church in the same paragraph and yes my church knows.)

I listen mostly to my iPod and later scobble what I have been listening to last.fm.

At one time I was asked why someone on this side of the big pond (the USA) would know anything about Italo Disco. My answer is this: I worked as a DJ in the Gay Clubs of Houston in the 1980's and Italo Disco, New Wave, Synthpop, and HiNRG was what I played. Guess that is why I like Trance and Techno Today as it is closely related.
