I actually am Canadian. I used to live in the US and just forgot to update my last.fm profile. I listened to some Grapes of Wrath when I was a kid and just tried them again for the first time in 15+ years.

Hi! I found a GoW-tip on a music-blog... and then I felt in love with “I’m lost” ; ) There’re a few great canadian bands/artists, i’m listening to. Thanks für the fb-link, but I’m not a member there. Kind regards from Germany.

Hi! I found them on a compilation, "MC5 & the Ultimate Garage Rock Collection". To be honest I've just heard the song they have on that compilation, but I'll surely try to listen to their stuff more!

Hi! I know The Grapes of Wrath since "Now and Again" at the end of the eighties. Worked in a record store at the time and their I discovered GoW. A few weeks ago I read about their new album and I started to be sentimental.

Hey there, I guess this is as a result of scrobbling from what I'm listening to through Radio Paradise. Games of Wrath sounds very Radio Paradise-like

Thanks for the note, looks like you've been reach out to a lot of listeners! Original fan back from their first release which I only discovered because they were on Netwerk Records (was listening to other bands on the label at the time). And yes, I've been following their Facebook page for awhile, thanks for reaching out!

You asked how I heard of "The Grapes of Wrath". It was actually quite recently that I discovered their single "Good to see you" through the music service Spotify. Unfortunately, I'm not all that familiar with their music, but your message sparked my interest and now I will probably go through their discography. Recommendations are welcome. One concluding remark. You write that you are happy that Canadian music reaches out. But I would argue that Canada v is a pretty big music country when it comes to indie rock etc.

I know them from the very beginning in the late eighties and rerecovered them a few weeks ago after reading about a new release on a blog. Sure I know their Facebook-Page, I added them last month GoW are not the only canadian band I like!

Hi, I search the music on Myspace, Last.fm and others websites. So I'm not sure where I had found them. And I'm not on Facebook. But I like the Canadian music, they are not the only Canadian group that I listen.

Don't remember how I stumbled upon them. Think it's quite good, but not my kind of music. Maybe interesting to know that in my hometown Utrecht there's a festival called Le Guess Who?. They started a few years back with only Canadian bands.

HI! A radio station I used to listen to introduced me to GoW with the song "Backwards Town", and when they played "O Lucky Man" I realized I'd discovered something wonderful. Those two songs remain my most favorite of theirs.

All the things i wasn't was a radio hit in The Netherlands. That time i bought the album as well and i love it. They were also on dutch radio in an acoustic session. Very beautiful. Last week i downloaden that album from the past and found out that there was a new album coming. Very surprising. It is a band who'd never left my music head...The song after all the things is also a song that stays for ever in your head. The new one on vinyl is great news. Perfect
