Chart Analysis ..::.. June 2 - June 8

Alright, 2 weeks in a row! I listened to a lot of music this week. Nothing else to do.
1. (up from #4)Ice Nine Kills (58 plays) - Ice Nine Kills is an extremely good band with a lot of versaility. Sort of. They have let's say 8 songs that are basically the same style. Then 6 more that are a completely different style but similar to eachother, and then more in another style. Those numbers aren't meant to be accurate.

2. After the Tragedy (38 plays) - I got a lot of new songs by them including a good one called The Merchant & The Blue Candle. The title makes me think of Resident Evil 4. If you know what I'm talking about then you know what I'm talking about.

3. LoveHateHero (27 plays) - This is a great band. I was completely unfamiliar with them until last week. They scream a decent amount but not too much which is good.

4. The JV Allstars (25 plays) - I'm actually not a huge fan of this band by any means. They have a couple good songs, but others feel like filler.

5. Meriwether (24 plays) - They're an all around solid band, but in newer songs like Wash Up, We're Having Company I've listened to he does some annoying stuff with his voice. I bet they find a lot of mainstream success soon.

6. The Audition (18 plays) - Their song Dance Halls Turn to Ghost Town is my third most listened to song ever according to my iTunes, but some of the stuff I listened to for the first time ever this week doesn't come anywhere close.

4. (down from #3) Taking Back Sunday (17 plays) - My second favorite band ever? Or favorite. Anyways I listed to them a bit.

8. Eisley (14 plays) - What are good Eisley songs? Invasion, I thought was awesome. None of their stuff however draws me in nearly as much.

9. Forever the Sickest Kids (12 plays) - I love their name. Besides that I like what they did with Men in Black. They're catchy but they use instruments and sounds, which could be annoying. Usually they don't annoy me.

10. Halifax (10 plays) - Good band. Easy to overlook though. I definitely like Straight Up off the Punk Goes 80's album even though it's a Paula Abdul song.

Unique Artists: 64
Total Tracks: 153
Total Plays: 368

I can't believe I listened to only 3 more different bands than last week even though I listened to over 100 songs more.

Top Tracks

1. The Way She Moves (10 plays) - This song by Forever The Sickest Kids is very catchy and likable. It might annoy you though, so listen with an open mind. FTSK is kind of gimmicky.

2. The Soul Burns, The Body Decay (9 plays) - This is a great song that reminds me while I like After The Tragedy so much.

2. The Merchant & The Blue Candle (9 plays) - Already mentioned this song.

2. Invasion (9 plays) - I already mentioned this one too. It's great.
