a massive 12 hour coach journey back so I thought "Well,...if it all goes horribly wrong all I have to do is sit in this seat for hours on end!" Haha! It was mental! I can't listen to Late of the Pier whitesnake now without thinking of my little brain going crazy and me having the overwhelming urge to tell everybody how I was "IN THE SONG!!!" Good Times! :) We went to that massive club/gig venue too called Paradiso...there were people dressed as horses which was quite...unexpected! Ooooh if you're around at the end of July, theres a festival in Brighton that you should check out which my friend is playing (haha- doing the little promot-y bit for them!) Oh Marina always dresses so well- she had the most amazing boots on when I saw her!. Sorry, that is such a female thing too say ;) Eeee I'm well on Easter Holiday for a month now so I'm hoping to find some lovely gigs and general adventures to keep me occupied! Speak to you soon- oh yeah I have just had a Birthday so I see that we are

Hey you- just thought that I would inform you that last night I met THE SURVIVING MEMBERS OF THE CLASH AND DAMON ALBARN!!! :O Thought that you might appreciate my excitement at this fact and understand that I am still on a massive high from it!!! Haha well spotted there, yes there was some *shifty* behaviour in Amsterdam, but then thats to be expected when you go there right? ;P Me and my friend started off with the best of intentions to go and see all the places of cultural interest...such as the Van Gogh museum, Anne Frank's House etc...but the ques were so massive that we gave up and did the erotic museum, the hash museum and the cocktail factory instead!!! But yes...it was an experience. I bought a massive box of hallucinagenic truffels and was too scared to eat them for ages as I had never had them before and didn't know how I'd react to them! But I knew that I couldn't bring them back into the country so I ate them all just before I got back on the coach! I knew that it was

Impressive count of live gigs, have you seen them all at gigs or festivals?

Heyyy, it was really good thanks! One of those gigs that seems to go so quickly though where you are singing every word!!! I had NO voice left after whatsoever! :O I think that they made extra effort though as last time they played a gig at the Wedge the band were really, reeeally wasted so they kept apologising! Ah shame about the sound quality though- thats what its like at times I find when bands play Southampton Guildhall, or the uni. Haha, don't worry I've been a bit awol too what with a tonne of exams, Amsterdam trip etc recently! :S And not too long 'till my Birthday now...stylish times! (hence why its been a quiet weekend as I am saving my money for that!) :D Had a good weekend? Oh, how was that Marina gig by the way? Did you go in the end? -XxX-

What 90s indie music have you found? Other than Blur and Oasis, I can't remember any good music from back then!! lol. I discovered dEUS this last week, a band who've been around since the 90s. Still get excited finding new music! Haha I think a summer of festivals is worth sacrificing a holiday over. It's been too long since I last got my festival wellies out! x

have a bit of band of skulls on there- sort of compulsary seeing as though they're good friends of friends! Crazy to think that apparently they're getting really big in America now...and yet some of the members used to serve me behind the bar of Lennons hardly any time ago (Lennons is my favourite little SOuthampton indie club). Somebody claimed that the guy who is now the drummer had a bit of a thing for me, I'm sure that its not true and they're just winding me up...but hey, it can be my claim to fame anyway ;) Oh, I see that you might be going to Marina at AUdio too? My friend Maria is going to that gig! I want to gooo nooow! :O She was really good when she played Southampton a while back...very charismatic. Right, well I should stop waffling- sorry I become very talkative at 5 something am...bit of a Night Owl. Up to anything good for NYE? It appears that I'm going to an Alice in Wonderland themed event- could be *interesting*, but a good laugh anyway no doubt! Speak to...

a pretty cool way to spend my time. As you can imagine, it is where ALL my money went though! But hoping this year to see the world a little more. Went to Paris the other week and have a uni trip to Amsterdam next month, so its a start!. Glad to hear that you're making up for lost gigging time though in 2010! Any more gigs in particular that you have yor sights set on? I'm sure that I'll probably bump into you at a Brighton gig at some point! :) I've topped up my calender a bit now (dissapointing that January seems to be such a quiet month however) And are you intending on doing any of the festis this year? I really want to try out the great escape at some point- have you ever been seeing as though its round by you anyway? Its always clashed with exams for me :( Was well excited to see that Lupen Crook's tour has finally been rescheduled too! I'm a tiny bit of an obsessive- love how dark his music is! (Plus, he's really hot in that really warped and creepy kind of way). Oh and gotta...

think that I was an idiot. I was especially scared as he has such a reputation for being a bit of a diva at times...but thankfully I managed NOT to humiliate myself so all was good! Its true- it would be a frightening experience meeting Morrissey though wouldn't it :S Although I guess he pretty much seems to hate the world, so at least you wouldn't take it too personally! Oooh I bet thats interesting, reading about the lyrics. I consider myself a bit of a writer you see- thats my secret, I'm just whiling away my time for now as a student until I have enough life experience to write something profound and thought provoking. Its true, thats how I'll earn my millions, just you wait and see ;P Cote d'azure!?! Oh don't even joke- I took a gap year between finishing Biomed and starting Law. Intended on "seeing the world"...recession hits and do you know how far I got? Bristol. Had to settle with attempting to go to gigs in as many different cities as possible, which to be fair I thought was

Hey, ah glad you had a good Christmas! I'm feeling quite smug with myself as I actually pulled an all nighter last night and can proudly say that I have now finished my big christmas holidays criminal law project :D So much for all those smug lawyerish types that I know who are all like "I've done a week of research and am now typing up my essay draft". Bit of late night music, whole lot of pro plus, and its all done and dusted...oh yeah XD I haven't actually met Morrissey no, I've just read one of his massive uber rant things about how much he hates Biomedical Scientists :S I am quite lucky with meeting bands though! I think that I have crossed most of the main people off of my "to meet" list. I hate people that think they're too cool to run up to bands and be like "OMG, I love yoooou!" ;) I don't do acting nonchalent all that well Haha. I won a competition to watch Patrick Wolf soundcheck and hang out with him and I was terrified that he would be a big dissapointment or that he'd...

Hellooooo! Haha sorry- I did warn you that I talk alot- I'll attempt to slow down and make my shouts a little more digest-able! ;P Its true actually, I do have a thing for those types of lyrics- and I also worship at the alter of Morrissey...even though he hates me :( (I studied Biomedical Science before Law you see...). Loving the Smiths Marathon on Christmas dayyy! by the way! I saw Morrissey at the Royal ALbert Hall just the other month actually just after when he had that whole collapsing-thing! (I swear that I'm not just showing off now ;P Besides- you've been to about a million billion gigs too judging by your "Seen live" list!) Gosh, boat designer eh? Sounds quite interesting! I'm just basically an eternal student and general fuck up who has nooo idea what they want to do with their life ever! Eurgh, I'm staying with family so I have no music with me at the moment:( THis pains me greatly! Mind you its a miracle that I can actually get online at all- the wonders of the Dongle!

eh? :/ I was going to go out but loads of my friends are either working(!!!)/visiting family etc...so I fear that the textbooks may be calling (I swear that I'm not a geek really- I just know that next weeks gonna be hectic and I can see January being a month of all nighters!) I should stop waffling now. It is a well known fact that I talk too much ;) Enjoy the pub, and apeak to you soon! Yaaaay- Christmas is always good for cracking out the melancholy christmas songs like the Long Blondes "Christmas is Cancelled" Love ittt. -XxX-
