Recently I've been getting more and more into black metal.
At first I never would've thought that I would like the genre, but because of the harder pagan metal, I got into it in the end.

I'll be keeping a list of all black metal bands I listen to in here, in the same vain as my Pagan/Folk/Viking Metal list.
If some of you with more thorough knowledge of the genre can recommend me similar artists or other great music, don't hesitate to comment or shout :)

I listen to a lot of blackened pagan metal bands as well, but I tried to keep the list pure black metal only, otherwise the list would become too large and distanced from what I'm looking for..
My favorite bands so far have to be Paysage d'Hiver, Taake, Mirrorthrone, Carpathian Forest, Windir, Endstille, Tsjuder & Setherian.

Any recommendations?
