Here's the first video from Tegan and Sara's new record The Con. It's Called Back In Your Head and it's directed Jamie Travis.

The song describes the feeling you get when you're in a committed relationship but still have crush on other people, which bothers your partner and you two become more distanced from each other.

At the beginning of the video, we find the Quin sisters performing on stage in a hall and everyone in the audience is covering their faces with balaclavas.

As the song goes by, Tegan moves from drums to piano and Sara walks closer to the edge of the stage. She looks down and find a person who dresses in black while all the others are in white, meaning that person is 'the special someone' who's completely different from the others in Sara's eyes.

After that, we come to the chorus in which the whole crowd moves their heads to the music except the black one, representing the lack of communications between Sara and her lover. After singing the line 'I'm not unfaithful but I'll stray', Sara turns around to peek at Tegan. She then looks down again and finds out that the black one in the house is gone, disclosing that she lost her love after 'straying'.

Right after that, the audience starts changing color from white to red and back to white again, exhibiting Sara's short-life crushes (white being the ordinaries and red being her crushes). On the other hand, the one who dress in black is switching on a system back strage in order to release balloons from the ceiling above the starge, expressing that the Sara's lover still care about her and is helping her without letting her know that.

Meanwhile, Sara finds the black person in the house again, knowing that she still has that person in her mind. Therefore she decides to take action and runs to the off-stage areas with Tegan. At the same time, the color of the whole crowd changes to black, presenting Sara's confusions.

At the end of the video, the twins run back on strage and find that the audiences are now dressing in black except Sara's partner, who is dressing in white now and still being the unique person.
