Travis really manages to pull off some nice ambient sax. Heart of the Sun and 2am are the only albums of his I've purchased (his work is super, super rare) but they are definitely worth buying.

Thanks. It's an R and B singer from Canada. I say R and B very loosely. It's a cross-genre effort for sure. His mixtape, House of Balloons, is up for free download online. I would highly recommend it. It's really good.

Hey I'm conducting a survey on the relation between music and life attitudes. It's super short and you'd be helping me out tremendously if you could take it. Thanks. http://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/WEB22CMM4U3WTR

man...i wish. you know how Jay Elect is though, he's pretty an enigma. i don't expect anything soon, so i can't be disappointed. there's rumors of an EP with Lil' B (which i would hate), but i think they're just enjoying the free press. i'll be here if he ever drops anything.

Ever since I discovered Blue and Sentimental, I've SERIOUSLY BEEN MEANING TO! But he has so many goddamn albums, many of them with great reviews, so it's been hard for me to decide which ones to download and listen to first. But to hell with it, I'll just download a bunch of them now and go in chronological order.

Ever wondered if Ike's breathing style was affected/influenced by his lung cancer? It's such a shame that he became yet another excellent musician who died too early before giving the world more excellent music, like Zappa or Nick Drake.

Jazz. Hip Hop. Blues. R&B/Soul. Funk. Swing. Instrumentals: Jazz & Hip Hop, separately and fused. Bossa Nova. Arabic. Also, some other stuff that don't come to mind, except for country. I have a very eclectic music taste, so hit me up with suggestions if you see fit.---The Real Fake Scientist
