http://www.filestube.com/e5e5a91ee8a8326d03ea,g/Amen-Dunes-Dia-LOCUST116-WE.html "Amen Dunes" are playing at Obey too. They seem to draw a lot from early Pink Floyd!

I did. It sounds better after a second listen. I was hoping for something more experimental... seems they went in the opposite direction :(

I'm fuckin' magic. Yeah, it's a cool song. Thumbs up for the Ugly Casanova too! That album's one of my all time favorites.

that's ridiculous. last.fm should just round that sort of thing off and max it out.

Yeah, looks like Rumpus is the way to go then. I just noticed that our taste-o-meter is no longer maxed out :o

Are you able to scrobble from grooveshark? I tried a program called rumpus, but it's making it real difficult. It's a pretty awesome service, btw.

As I say again but with another artists, I listen to Boards of Canada mostly on 8tracks and there is no software that scrobbles it, that I know of. Plus, I can't buy any C.D.'s at the moment. I just got a new Chromeo album <3. So, start listening to THEM. And, yeah, Conor Oberst is fine. And, I'll check it out, but, I only like one Radiohead song, atm.

Awesome. I mostly tend to listen to really powerful symphonic stuff, not sure if you'd deem it appropriate for essay writing. Tchaikovsky's 4th symphony, Beethoven's 5th and Beethoven's 9th are some of my favorites though. The Four Seasons by Antonio Vivaldi would be a good place to start too.
