I respect him, but I haven't heard most of his works, only the most popular ones. Doll Doll Doll and Rossz are outstanding albums. Thanks for the recs, gonna start with Church Of Misery.

sorry for the late reply, bro. Yeah, there are actually some metal drummers that remember you can use your hands when drumming also LOL One of the drummers in metal I really like is the drummer from Mastodon. I liked Leviathan and Thunder Mountain. They were pretty metal to me. What I heard after, were kind of trippy and weird, which isn't what I like to hear from metal bands LOL The drummer from Hella is a crazy fucker.

Pitchfork mixes mainstream crap with some actually good artists (they sometimes make reviews on some underground artists, but they barely give them scores higher than 8/10), bastardizing everything. As a result, a typical hipster's "taste" is fucked up. For example, hipster can have Drake and Pig Destroyer in his playlist at the same time. I'm not familiar with psychedelic rock (I only know its most famous artists like Jimi Hendrix and The Doors, for example), but something tells me that I can be really interested in this genre because I like psychedelic feel in music in general. Can you please share with me some of these Japanese bands you have discovered?

Yes, JKB is one of the best musicians I know. The thing which really pisses me off about Kanye West, Drake, Beyonce and other representatives of this so-called "contemporary rnb" crew is the fact that in the 00s nobody in music-related communities was giving a shit about this kind of stuff. Their audience was just filled with people whose source of music was MTV only. But now, in the present decade, hipsters (who are one of the most common subcultures nowadays) start being really hyped about these artists. I guess we should thank media like Pitchfork and 4chan for that. Man, I also gonna state that I can barely find any worthwhile new music. 10s is the worst era for music so far in my opinion. Nothing really new was invented. But who knows, maybe I just haven't made enough research…

Maybe suck is kind of a strong way to put it, but the old dudes that played in suits were the best drummers. They used your standard jazz kit and did more complex solos than any metal drummer. The most speed extreme metal drummers offer is gravity blasts and double kick drum...it's really boring. Anyway, I'm getting used to Ubuntu and Linux and using the terminal more and more. It's easier to use to install programs and stuff if you use it correctly. Searching through files is a nightmare.

Another Ibanez acoustic! Nice! My acoustic needs a new string nut. I'm not too interested in it 'til I get it fixed. I don't how long it's been since I re-stringed my guitar LOL I haven't had a 6th string on it in forever too lol I don't have enough room for a drum set, but I'd like one. I'm not relaly into the double kick drum and gravity blasts anymore. For a long time I've been into the styles of Buddy Rich and the like. To many who shout on your profile page I'm sure this will seem almost offensive, but I gotta say it...metal drummers with big drumsets suck lol

Nice, yeah, I haven't been doing any work lately lol Breaks and rotors for $100, that's pretty easy money, man. Pretty easy fixes; especially the brakes. I'm on BackTrack 5 r2 now. I like it more than Ubuntu, but I'm currently downloading BackTrack 2, which is what I intended to move to. BackTrack 5 Linux was the last of that series. It has a lot of tools for security or nefarious purposes. Backtrack 5 is very visual, lots of style. It's a drain on your CPU. There is no BackTrack anymore, now there is Kali Linux which is pretty lame. They came out or are coming out with an Ubuntu/Linux phone. I don't know if you've seen that.

I will give him credit where it's due though. Those Chronicles of Riddick video games he was involved in are actually really good, especially Escape from Butcher Bay. But you have to thank the video game direction team for doing something solid out of that fictional universe, not Diesel. You don't have to bother with the stupid movies to get into them. Other than that, yes Diesel is pretty full of himself.
