I've finally bought a large (1TB) hard disk and will start ripping all my CDs. I'm not really sure how many CDs I have. They've been lying around here and there, some in bookshelves, some in boxes. But now they will all be found, and ripped to FLAC files. :-)

It will be interesting to see how this will affect my last.fm profile. I think it gives a rather good picture of what I listen to but obviously only the stuff that has been available on my computer has been played. More often than not I have chosen to listen to what was already on the computer instead of locating and ripping a CD.
