Hell Is For Heroes
From the days when MTV2 wasn't complete arse, I saw Night Vision and a couple of other tracks and bought The Neon Handshake, which is however the only album of theirs that I have.

This is quite a hard question, as I've liked them my entire life, and there's a lot of songs to choose from, but Midnight Rambler, Little Red Rooster, No Expectations, Gimme Shelter or Sympathy for the Devil are all good favourites
