I used to use Exact Audio Copy. Frankly I just got tired of the amount of setup required and how long it took to rip my music. From now on I use Rhythmbox. Rhythmbox is much faster and I don't really notice any degradation in quality. That said, EAC is a super good Windows software. It produces trustworthy rips. So if you want known trustworthy rips with a very high degree of trustworthiness rips then EAC is your choice.

Try EAC you might like it.
