Like and untouched creation from the darkest ancient times
There, where the raven flies, lie the gates to my kingdom
Forgotten and buried in snow behind these lifeless trees

My kingdom, where my throne is eternal
Where my reign is lonely in silence
Where the bleak sky is guarded by the ravens
In my kingdom of darkness

This night-time, in solitude with all my deepest thoughts
The stars in the sky as my only light and company
Like a thousand eyes of Lucifer, watching over me
Enlightening my journey across this cold domain

For centuries before me it has stood

As the leaved turn to rust in the crimson decay of autumn
After the summer rot the chill starts to set in
The storms start to brew and the rolling thunder in the distance echos through my soul...
These times I feel at peace and at one with all
Away from the insects, worms and societal sheep

The night falls and the sound of the rain mesmerizes my being
I close my eyes and get taken back into another era
The fire burns through the night and as the sun rises
I awaken to the sounds of battle

The ravens circle the fallen
The dead cannot be mourned
As the blood is still slowing
The stench of death intoxicates my nostrils
Steel against steel in a time of honour
This is where my heart belongs

The rising moon so bleak and old
Its darkened grin poisons my soul
Mist pledges the darkness
I ride this night - lustful with pride

The lurking mist appears out here
Breaths of evil fire through the snow
This cloudless night smells of fear
Keep my soul - dark and cold

Black forces bound to the moon
Shadows creep under my skin

Undead and restless are their souls
