i'm so glad that england has such excellent bands these days. and it's really cool that they're popular in america. gone are the dark days when iron maiden and the beatles were our so-called "best" exports to the rest of the world.

i think these guys are from wales, or somewhere else up north, but i won't hold that against them because they make really cool music. maybe one day i'll check out one of their albums, but i'm in no rush. listening to the take me out ringtone on my mobile phone is good enough for me.

i think these guys have been making music for at least 2 years, so i technically should hate them, but itunes says they're cool so who am i to argue? with each new single, they just keep getting better and b_e_t_t_e_r!!! edge (what a cool name) can really shred on that axe. he's an inspiration to all musicians everywhere. and if it wasn't for bono, africa would have imploded on itself a long time ago.

i think bj is just soooo cute. i love bj. especially now that he wears makeup, because the faux-gothic/emo look is really popular these days. and rightly so, because it's a great look and everyone should look like that.. oh wait. i love how political he is, which only adds to his hotness. i can't wait for their second album!

i was heart-broken when they broke up. their last album was really cool. you could really see how they matured from being carefree, fun-loving teenagers to being really serious emo young adults. that is sooooooo hot!

ps lol did you see how i spelled new? i used the heavy metal umlaut because i'm cool like that.
