I'm not a fan of people who say there isn't any good music being made anymore. I can't keep up with all the great albums that come out. I try, but I feel that I only scratch the surface. It is tough to rate these albums, and my ratings certainly morph and evolve over time. I must state that this is just how I feel about these albums and this year now. I also must state that that while I have listened to every album featured in this particular post, I didn't get a chance listen to every single album released by every artist in 2013. Thus, I invite you to post comments, or albums I might have missed. Or post a link to your 'Best Of' list.

As usual, it was a tough decision to complete the list of above. A lot of factors come into play, including how many times I 'come back' to an album. One disclaimer I must point out: While I have listened to every album featured in this particular post, I didn't listen to every single album released by every artist in 2012. It's true. That's why I invite you to post comments, or albums I might have missed. Or post a link to your Best Of 2012 list.
