Well, here I go sending this out and wondering if it will in fact result in another message floating in on tomorrow's tide… or i suppose any other tide for that matter. This is basically just a random attempt to engage in some sort of conversation.

I write this wondering if anyone out there in iScrobblerland has any musical suggestions. If there were one band that you think i simply MUST listen to what would it be? I love discovering new music and this is a shameless attempt to find some more. Obviously my profile gives an indication as to what sorts of things I have already discovered… Lately my new friend Jordon hooked me up with Transatlantacism by Death Cab and my first encounter with Explosions in the Sky. I am also enjoying the newest Thrice CD that I have been listening to at my best friend Brian's request.

Anyway, I don't know if anyone will read this, much less respond, so here is a shot in the dark.
