That's why I said "some". I don't like the majority of them, especially the vocal ones. I hate them. Ehh, the thing with the IRA is complicated. There was a time when they were most definitely needed (60's, 70's, 80's to an extent; fuck, even before that, but they weren't around then). Although I disagree with a lot of their methods, there's no denying they did terrible things. But they were our (nationalists) only protection, and if it wasn't for what they did, as extreme as it was, we wouldn't have the same freedom and (almost) equal representation we have today. There's no need for them now though, and people claiming to be in the IRA these days just tend to be teenage thugs trying to look hard by claiming to be a "freedom fighter". Violence is only the answer in extreme situations in my opinion, for the rest we should rely on diplomacy and politics, just as the majority of people in the Republican movement now do, a lot of them being ex-IRA members themselves.

Em, my playlist is crazy random but I'd suggest amazarashi, Gesu no Kiwami Otome, Inshouha, Smany, arai tasuku, Kinoko Teikoku.

Okey-dokey! I'll check those two out also. Any albums in particular? Oh, and I know, I am a deeply unfunny person. But I amuse myself so that's all that matters. ^_^ HOIHOIHOIHOIHOI*oink*HOI Also, I don't think I've ever mentioned, but that gator is so KVTE, seriously!

Eh, well, I'll give it a listen anyway. I like to try to a little bit of everything music-wise. Any sorta business in particular or just whatever you get? Also, what you're saying is that if I want to work for you I have to transform myself into a giant ass? Think of the amount of plastic surgery I'd have to pay for... the amount of time I'd have to train... I'm not sure I can live up to that responsibility... I just don't think I'm good enough to be an ass! Please forgive me!

I had an inkling you might be! Like I said, BM fans always tend to, even if it's only minor. And yeah, ten years from now I'm most likely gonna be working the checkout tills at some generic superstore, but at least I'll have my history books.... right?... ;_; I too think it's quite odd not to at least have a slight interest in history, even if it's just your own. I mean, it's the events and ideas that shaped our world as we know it, that each individual is a product of (in regards to our own cultures'/country's' past), how could you not care? The Middle East is really the only part of the world where it's modern history appeals to me just as much as it's ancient. I think I'll check out that Drudkh album by the way, it sounds pretty interesting. ^_^

What's wrong with myfitnesspal? It's handy if you have fitness goals and that... ;_; I'm really interested in (mainly ancient) history too. In fact I'm starting an archaeology course at university in September, and I can't wait! I know I'm not likely to get a 'decent' job out of it, but I don't care because my love for it honestly trumps that. I have very little interest in my own country's history though. Not much happened until at least the Medieval period, and whilst everything after that is pretty eventful, it still doesn't excite me. The Middle East and central Asia interest me the most; they're just such fascinating regions in my opinion, and the past there runs deep. I don't care at all for American history, and I care very little for European because it was (understandably) all I was taught about in school and mainly what people seem to focus on. I find Satanist and ultra-nationalist BM musicians kinda funny too. Nothing wrong with the music, but the attitude.. LOL.
