Your visit led me to look back in my shouts as to make sure there is no message of you left unanswered... well... there is one and I apologize for replying back only today. How are you Jevgenij? I have got a couple of tunes that aren't finished yet. I haven't been in the mood for composition lately. What about you?

My mom has been listening to progressive metal for a couple of weeks now and it rang a bell in my mind as I remember you were an avid listener of that particular genre unless I am mistaken. So, here is the band she seems to be fond of. Hopefully, it will gladden your ears. http://www.last.fm/music/Stride/_/How+Far

I invited my mom to listen to Life Alone Shares The Fire and she was pleased with it and said it was staggeringly good and varied. Have a good evening Jevgenij.

No I am afraid I can't tell you not to play video games. It would sound false coming from me you know, ah ah. Let me know when your new song is out. May your evening be pleasant Jevgenij. Warm greetings from France.

You guessed right, Jevgenij. :°) Is there any ray of hope that you get it finished before September... ?... C'mon! :p... let's say October then? :) The sample is genuinely promising.

The place you live must fascinate a photographer, but I would probably not live on an island for more than a few weeks after I would have walked around it and find a little bit of something that must be caught by my camera... Or, who knows? I'll retreat to one and start writing again. Have a good night, my Norse friend.

Never been that much into "money first, passion next", but that's exactly your passion or whatever represents yourself as a human being that needs those "money first", besides the usual shit that has to be payed for a decent life. Living on an island, must not give those many opportunities for a carrier (though I don't know much of local specifics), but with enough amount of courage and goal-setting-mind you should be on your feet in a few years. Sure, what we're saying here, must be 2 cents worth of philosophy about everyday life, but who knows? Maybe a word from a strange is sometimes better than the encouragement of all your friends. Funny thing is that I'm not a carrier-driver-type on either; I'm more into - "let me do what I like and know best and I'll try and do it better than others". Statues, decorations, glory - they all belong better to the history books or to the ancient Rome. We can enjoy life so well without having a need for glory, can't we? :)

I presume that you like prog music or alike, so, I recommend if you have the chance of listening, do so with a brit band called Galahad - there's long time that I listened to them, but I've just remind myself of them today. They have great conceptual albums and I think you'd like them.

P.S. Not that actually I'm the big brother and you have to listen to me, but I'm just saying that nothing comes to your hands if you're not moving towards it. Btw - where do you live?

That's what I was thinking - about having the opportunity to do something; it's never easy and that's why I asked you. Being a train driver must be something interesting though, I can bet, that after 3-5 years it would get pretty usual and not interesting anymore, but who knows?! Anyway, never think that music can be only a hobby if you think that you can do something in that area, especially in the production part. There's a permanent need in that area - as far as I know - so, never give up on that front. I'm a photographer myself, but I do pc service when there's need for money and nothing going on in my area. After the day I shall be dead, I'll be a world known photographer - ha, ha - so, on the other side I'll have the satisfaction of not hoping in vain. Now, really, get your ass and do something; opportunity is not expecting you in the front of your computer that's for sure. Do something for the money first and then something that you actually enjoy.

It's not about the quoting, but more about your personal creeds. Every word was already used in so many plays called people lives, so, it doesn't matter who or when tell them, but more of what we actually think about things/people. Sure, easier to put on paper (web or so on) than speak loud to the people, expressing yourself, but each with their own way. // I don't know about your studies; I finished high-school, never finished the two universities that I've tried, so, I would not be one to judge that. Regarding that though, you should do something with your life, but that depends on so many details that sometimes are the big ones. So, what do you do besides your music?

I've seen you comment on "Infinite Ocean" of Townsend and I quite enjoyed for I pictured that picture with my mind's eye. // I wonder how did you come up with these two phrases: "I think that it's wise to question anyone or anything who thinks that they have the answer." & " The only way to enjoy it is to enjoy it and not to try to spend your time to deconstruct it.", especially with the last one. Are you sure you're 23? Because, if so, I gotta admit, that even I thought that same things at your age (now, I'm 35), somehow I think that 23 is not an age for philosophy of living, but more of a living philosophy and that's the beauty of it... No time for construct/deconstruct anything - just live at the maximum potential and dream the dream. Regards from Bucuresti. Mihai

Descrizione

Every now and then, I listen to music daily and explore new things in the rock, metal and prog scene, looking for inspirations for my music project with various styles.

Troposphere: A mellow-sounding project with wide influences, including post-rock/new age and heavy, electronic soundscapes. The future aspect of it is looking forward to more atmospheric rock outputs, by the current view.

Art, including music, is subjective but it is honest art after all.

I think that it's wise to question anyone or anything who thinks that they have the answer. The ultimate sum of all natural laws comprise the concept of God. And I'd have to be smarter than I am to describe it. The only way to enjoy it is to enjoy it and not to try to spend your time to deconstruct it. Ultimately, on the most of tombstones it should read: "Humans: Fretted, worried, prayed, procreated, sacrificed, died anyway." - Devin Townsend
