I had the opportunity to listen to the new Spank Rock album at Rolling Stone's website. There were some interesting moments, but a lot of it was sadly tired, in my opinion, particularly the conceit of one song, that Spank can take a woman and make her a star. This is why Janelle Monae and Nicki Minaj debuted on your label, right Spank? Oh wait…
