Youre right, but since they are a very agressive/thrashy form of power I thought, anyone who likes the above bands will also like them :) Actually I have yet to meet someone who doesnt like Communic LOL (and listens to metal, of c)

Yeah, Communic is just great. Alright, some my recommendations from thrash/melodeath: - Evocation [melodic death metal, their debut album Tales From the Tomb kick ass \m/] - Heathen [thrash metal, I recommend album called Victims of Deception] - Intruder [thrash metal, A Higher Form of Killing is great!] - Krusher [thrash/heavy metal, they're playing similar to old Metallica] - Nuclear Warfare [thrash metal from Germany, really nice] - Sabbat [British thrash metal band, the vocals may be annoying for some reasons ;)] - Shade Empire [great melodeath, amazing band IMHO] - Vörnagar [great melodic fucking death metal! Their full album can be downloaded from their official site] And bonus one: Domestic Waste[/b] [death metal]

Maby my metal tastes are abit too mainstream, but In flames practically invented Melodeath, and they didn't get a single mention. At the gates are real pro too

    Dic 18 2007, 20:58
  • Frostwake

I said right away I would exclude the obvious ones, and In flames has generated into mainstream crap yes, they were only good up to clayman Dark Tranquillity is a much better example of that

  • suerudane

Put more emphasis on Maitreya. By far the best progressive death metal band ever.
