assuming is true do they have any interest in working together? "better hurry" is no good, no use in competing if combining efforts ends up with a better thing

As for "hi", yes -sometimes- :D but, no, really I mean it :) I adore Proust and love that first quote. Also there are great artists (Tom Waits, Pink Floyd etc) in common. That was exactly what I wanted to say :)

The pink floyd is actually very good....its from the sessions they did in 1994 so it has Rick Wright on it and actually the sounds and feel are very similar to Wish You Were Here.... I loved it!

Brown is a snob pretending to be Robert Langdon (The protagonist of his novels). He shows his points of views about the Vatican or overpopulation as the only way out. About Divine Comedy I can only say that I read it in phases, hell, purgatory, and now I'm reading the heaven. It's very heavy but it's also very beautiful.

Hahaha Classics are wonderful! I started to read seriusly with Verne (I loved In Search Of The Castaways) but now i read Shakespeare or Dante. Still I think there are some recent books. I enjoyed reading Inferno by Dan Brown (even I think he's a jerk).

In a time of universal deceit,
telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

First they ridicule you,
then they condemn you,
then they say they knew
you were right all along.

It doesn't matter what you look like, or what you're made of, or where you come from. As long as you live in this universe, and have a modest talent for mathematics, sooner or later you'll find it. It's already here. It's inside everything. You don't have to leave your planet to find it. In the fabric of space and in the nature of matter, as in a great work of art, there is, written small, the artist's signature. Standing over humans, gods, and demons, subsuming Caretakers and Tunnel builders, there is an intelligence that antedates the universe.

I'm eating I'm alone and I'm reading a book. Waitress walks over to me: "Hey, what's you reading for?"
Is that like the weirdest question ever?
Shit, you stumped me. Why do I read? I don't know... ...guess I read for a lot of reasons, you know, one of them
is I don't end up being a fucking waffle waitress, alright?

There is an ancient Indian saying that something lives only as long as the last person who remembers it. My people have come to trust memory over history. Memory, like fire, is radiant and immutable while history serves only those who seek to control it, those who douse the flame of memory in order to put out the dangerous fire of truth. Beware these men for they are dangerous themselves and unwise. Their false history is written in the blood of those who might remember and of those who seek the truth.

Like it or not, everything is changing. The result will be the most wonderful experience in the history of man or the most horrible enslavement that you can imagine. Be active or abdicate. The future is in your hands.

We work in the dark. We do what we can to battle the evil that would otherwise destroy us. But if a man's character is his fate, it's not a choice but a calling. Sometimes the weight of this burden causes us to falter, breaching the fragile fortress of our mind. Allowing the monster without to turn within. We are left alone staring into the abyss. Into the laughing face of madness.
