The Rehberg GV collection's predominantly what can be described as "musique concrete" I would say. Thanks for offering to share the other two GM albums with me! If I can't find them on my own, I look to you next :) .

I know I know man! You were so spot on! And it is tragic that GM don't get a bit more attention! I've only listened to a couple from Pita, and honestly, I don't even remember which ones they were because I don't have them anymore. I recall liking them, although probably not as much as I liked Peter Rehberg's solo Works For GV album.

    Errrrr. Correction, 1/3rd of GM.

Oh shit, didn't even realize that Peter Rehberg of Pita and Editions Mego fame is one half of General Magic! No freaking wonder they're so good...

REALLY impressed with the General Magic album you shared with me so far man.

Gescom, somewhat of an "umbrella" project - interesting. When I listen to the GM album you sent me, I'll keep in mind that it's mostly improv sessions to give me some perspective. I don't recall you mentioning Rechenkoenig to me, but the "no wave of glitch" sounds super cool. Will have to check out.

Is Gescom an Ae side project? Also, I owe it to you to get around to that General Magic you shared with me very soon ;) .

I think what you're trying to say is that it has a nice continuity to it, in which case I wholeheartedly agree.

Ryoji Ikeda's "Dataplex": great recommendation; thanks Agent XR!

Glad you're liking it mate! The vocals are pretty unique, that's also a plus with Múm to my ears.

I've only previewed Multistability, but I think Sentielle is a bit more melodic. Definitely let me know what you think of Múm once you hear some.

Fell's Sentielle is pretty swell IMHO...

You may like something from their first three albums.

Ever listened to Múm? I haven't gotten 'round to Multistability or that General Magic album you shared with me yet, but I'll let you know what I think once I hear those. Oh, I just started with EP7 from Autechre though. I sense that I'm in for a treat :) .

I have a SoundCloud.
Here's a list of most of my music.

My musical interests:
Sega Genesis sound test screens, boots clip-clopping on the tiles of an empty room, silent noise, noisy silence, beautiful sounds twisted beyond recognition, dot matrix printers, assembly lines, a room full of motorized sanders, beautiful voices saying ugly things, ugly voices saying ugly things, pieces of rhythms slowly scattering, decimation, CDs skipping, computers freezing, anything in reverse, ring modulation, echoes, broken loops, natural flanging, that almost inaudible high-pitch noise that TVs make, beeps, whirs, drum loops out of sync, silence, very quiet sounds, mysterious noises of unknown origin, sonification, etc.

Looking for recommendations of:

i don't add people that i've never talked to.
