Yes, yes! Mad respect for the leak of the new album before the record label had even heard it. I think they're coming around my town in December...definitely gonna try to go see them!

Hi there! tnx)) you were fast!.. so how is it going with you web-site now? Have you already decided what kind of site it will be? :))) I am fine.... My best friends came to me last Wednesday from Poland and Belarus, it was so cool to meet them and live together... Unfortunately they had to leave today... So, I am a little bit sad, I haven´t seen one of them for almost three years now... It was so great to meet them, like nothing´s changed... So, how are you??)))

so. if the potential customers knew that you were "close" to them, maybe it could affect positively their attitude to your site from the beginning.. see, I can´t say anything concrete...I am sorry(( but what about links! thank you very much! I liked both groups!))) and i´ve been listening a lot to these guys lately: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=joJuOs38Dcw&feature=related ;D

think about the audience: where do these people live, what city, country or countries, what part of the population it will be, how how old are these people...I am sure, you know how it works...you studied this stuff, and I had just one course in e-commerce.. and it was two years ago %)...maybe going global from the very beginning is not such a good idea... i don´t know... everything is about trust nowadays, and people will trust in smth that they are already familiar with, like e-bay...you know this marketing saying: "all business is local"... commerce online creates physical distance, and it´s not a good thing, it´s makes it harder to get people´s loyalty..so maybe if you think about smth that people would like to buy in your area... you "know" this people, at least it is easier for you to understand what they might need or will be interested in, than, f.ex.,people in German :D you can always look for new markets in other countries, when you have a good network of clients at home...

You know this Kotler´s 4P model (Product, Price,Place, Promotion)... Well, everyone knows it... So, our teacher in marketing used to say that it´s not the product but the place what is the most important for conquering new markets... I wish I studied photography =// I am studying business administration, and I hate it, but it´s too late to change anything :D anyway... Youtube is ugly and not really comfortable, and you can´t watch movies there... I was thinking about a website where you could find movie reviews, premieres, recommendations, download, order discs and so on... but it´s not possible :D

yeah, finding you target audience is probably the best thing you can do from the very beginning.. I don't know actually..I remember one guy in our class wanted to make an auction for people who make different kinds of crafts or arts, because he liked to make wood crafts himself... So he simply wanted to find people with similar interests... His idea was create an auction, where people could sell their stuff, material, communicate via forum, share experience, inspire each other and so on.. you know, it would be cool if you could find smth that YOU are interested in, think about it... then you´d be definitely sure that it´s worth it! Buying and selling rare CD´s or vinyl records??? I am sure there are lots of these kind of shops, but you don´t have to invent the wheel... you just have to be in right place at right time... Think about your town or district... if there is already this kind of store in your town? Who would be interested in it? How many people?

....shit, I wrote too much :D it's not allowed here to type more than 1000 symbols :D but I just wanted to add that it could be really useful for you in the future! I know that some employers sometimes ask to show them examples of your previous works, of what you can... don't know how to explain, but I am sure you understand what I mean.. %) ...but my personal dream is to have smth similar to spotify but for movies and music videos! :D It can be a web site as well: you create a profile, pay a subscription fee for getting an access to the video library, and get an opportunity to save all your favorite videos, organize them as you want and, of course, watch without downloading :D I think, that my final project in Basics of E-commerce was about this kind of web site :D

Hiii! :)) Still listening to Kap Bambino? ;)) yeah, turned them on as a background noise while I was writing an essay about the research method I'll be using for my thesis :D ..I'm ok, tnx...panicking about my thesis... today I've spent around 10 hours studying in the university and still feel like I'm not doing enough...0.o ... welcome to the club! I don't know what's wrong with me either! :D and... oh, if only I had any good ideas...:D But an auction sounds as a good idea.. these kind of revenue models: C2C or B2C are the most popular, if I remember right... And I guess, advertising and transaction fees must be the most effective way to get revenue online... Either it's an auction or online book-store, you will create your own market, and it's an advantage! But you have to be prepared that creating a network with your own customers can take quite some time... there are lots of entry barriers... But you know, it is a very good idea anyway!

wow, so you did a real working web-site?? I thought it was like sort of a school project just for teachers, not real! cool! looks good and seems to be easy to use!))) hehe... the whole course book from one of my courses "Basics of E-commerce" was about making your web-site as easy in use as possible :D "customers don´t want to think"))))))
