I'm kind of interested in working (or studying) in some other country, but it seems like it could be tough, especially without speaking the language. (1000!!!)

Basically, are they as idealistic as people who study say, politics or medicine.

I've missed loads of small gigs recently due to general laziness and unwillingness to brave the cold and public transport. Plus I have no one to go with most of the time, though I manned up and have entered the brave new world of going on my own and playing as much angry birds as i can during the interludes.
