Well, this year was very productive for post-metal/post-rock bands. As you can see they prevail in my mini chart. It also includes two really long-awaited releases: Boards of Canada's "Tommorrow Harvest" and Carcass's "Surgical Steel". Especially I'd like to notice Ihsahn's album. It's such a complicated work and it grows on me with every new listening.
