Loving the bio re: your raison d'etre. I'm liking everything I'm hearing so far. I think you've carved out a unique niche - you already have a distinctive artistic fingerprint, and that is difficult to do with electronic-based music; the element of creative synthesis has to be there, and it's apparent you've got it. My project is similar to yours in terms of blurring the arbitrary lines that have been drawn not just around genres but between forms of entertainment - i.e., what constitutes an 'ambient' album vs. a score to a movie? There is a nauseating tendency these days to categorize and subcategorize with labels from which one is supposed to infer that it's all been done before. I'm glad you're out there proving that originality is still bubbling just beneath the surface of what's commercial. As you can see from the comments, you'll have people who don't quite 'get' it. The songwriting's strong, sound engineering is tight given the tools you have. Keep it up...we dig it.
