I basically take this song as being about loving someone who hates themselves, and the fact that you'll "be their mirror" is an attempt to show them how wonderful they are, whether they are able or willing to see it. Such beautiful lyrics, and fuck the haters, Nico's singing is perfect. This song makes me wanna cry
