I fucking love it. It reminds me of the harder tracks on Gish & Pisces. Of course, Jimmy's drumming basically creates the album's atmosphere. It's hard for me to imagine a Pumpkin's album without him.

If this album end in 'united states', just seven songs probably will be a great album ,but not. I fell the same with oceania, less are more. And i agrre, this album would be more better with a nice mastering.

Not the signature Pumpkin sound everyone is used to but this is one hard hitting album! I catch myself giving the entire thing a full listen when i hear at least one song pop up on the shuffle. Not for the casual listener. Although I do have a friend who doesnt like ANY of the other albums other than Zeigeist.

Pozostali znaleźli w nim „dyskusję na temat aborcji”, wojny, pedofilii, nieszczęśliwej miłości etc. Według mnie, ogólny charakter utworu ukazuje „małość” człowieka w otaczającym go świecie i pośrednim wołaniem o pomoc człowieka zagubionego w rzeczywistości. A z kim utożsamicie się Wy? Sprawdźcie na LMF!

This isn't the worst album I've heard. The drumming is great, and there are some really good tracks on here, around like five of them. But this is clearly not Smashing Pumpkins' best, of course. Hell, I liked Billy's solo album better than this album tbh.

i don't hate the album as i know all pumpkins albums have their own unique sounds, but this one is my least favorite. it's got some great songs on there, but when i only have 5 songs from it ripped it my computer as opposed to having everything i own ripped completely...that sorta says something. it kinda feels hollow in a way. thankfully teargarden doesn't sound like this at all.

I think there are more than just 3, but it does take some time to love it :) Some of the songs I know I will NEVER love. To me it sounds less "warm" than the older albums. Like, soulless or something. That's the only way I can think to describe it.

In all fairness, SP's past albums did have their own sounds that varied quite greatly, so I don't know how you can criticise ZG for being different yet again. Still, it is probably my least favourite album, in spite of it having some amazing tracks like "Starz"...
