The Reindeer Section sono un “supergruppo” scozzese di matrice indie rock formato nel 2001 da Gary Lightbody degli Snow Patrol. Sinora hanno inciso due album: il primo nel 2001 “Y’All Get Scared Now, Ya Hear!”, il secondo nel 2002 “Son of Evil Reindeer”.
In una recente intervista con il Times Online, Gary Lightbody ha dichiarato il suo interesse nel registare un altro album non appena terminerà il prossimo albumo degli Snow Patrol alla fine del 2007.
