Obviously this will miss some fantastic songs but I thought i would knock up a brief look at the songs which i think all deserve mentions and what i would recommend other people to check out from the 90s; some incredible material from some quality bands. 從小我對吵鬧的音樂都沒有好感，雖然十幾歲的時候也常去「踹舞廳(台語)」但是我比較期待的還是中間的慢歌例如The One You Love
或是Because I Love You這種芭樂歌。
最近又重看商周出版的搖頭花--一對同志愛侶的e-Trip讓我懷念起我也曾有過的搖頭歲月，台客爽、福隆海邊的戶外Party當然還有墾丁的春天吶喊。當然已經好久沒去那些東西了。不過現在跟以前大概也不太一樣了吧！過去畢竟還是比較少人知道，有種菁英主義的優越感。現在在白癡媒體的炒作下，變的庸俗不堪了。
真的很懷念那段電音歲月，為我從來不會買那一類的唱片幸好有了Last.Fm讓我很輕易的就可以重拾那段過去，芭樂勸思配上「搖頭花」這本書，不知不覺又年輕了一次Out of the Bluehttp://www.kingstone.com.tw/Book/images/Product/20185/2018551213594/2018551213594b.jpgOut of The Blue

MUSIC ACCORDING TO ME

To me, if there’s one thing that highlights how difficult it is to imagine being someone else its music. As much as it is possible to find those that have very similar tastes in a very general sense, taste in music is such an individually unique thing. Although, it is just universally accepted that one man’s meat is another’s poison, when it comes to music I’d just love to know why that actually is. Is it just what you grow up with? Is it because of biology or chemical brain composition? Or are we just a bunch of incessant bandwagon jumpers who just always stick to their guns, buying into an image that a certain type of music is meant to create? Nature, nurture or society? I think most would concede it’s probably a mixture of all three. It just baffles me how one person can get so excited over something that someone else finds genuinely annoying, to the point where it gives them a headache. In a similar sort of way, what I write here…

Trance was the first genre besides classical I listened, and no, I don't mean Basshunter and Special D. I don't even mean Above & Beyond and Jonas Steur I mean true, hypnotic, dark, intelligent stuff like Outback, Castaneda Signum and Oliver Prime. I listend to quite a lot of that in 2004 and was convinced that is was the most 'superior' form of music that existed. Due to it's monotoneness, it's high productionstandards and above all, it's dark, intelligent emotions.

Little did I realise that by my personal standards the years 2003 and 2004 where the culmination of the trance genre and that wat was before or after it was utter thrash to me. I already knew 'classics' by 'Rock Your Body Rock' cheese-arse Ferry Corsten with his cheesy Out of the blue in 1999 where utter sell out cheese and vastly overhyped by my book. By that time I believed those fools who thought trance started around 1999 with those tracks so it was logical to assume it would only get better.
