I biked to Bart from my house and missed the train I'd wanted to catch into the city 'cause some lady wheeling a stroller stopped me for directions into Concord. 17 minutes later I was onboard Bart with dozens of other Warped-going kids.
I got in a little after 11 am, passed the stage Mayday Parade was playing on, found the giant inflatable billboard listing all the set-times, and was quite saddened to see I'd missed two of the bands I really wanted to see: Anberlin and Set Your Goals! boo.
Every Time I Die was already playing on the right main stage (RMS) and Norma Jean would follow on the left main stage (LMS) I joined the masses waiting for NJ and got antsy as ETID! played past 11:30. Norma Jean finally exploded some 5-10 minutes later and a good bit of the crowd went wild. They played a new song
Robots 3 Humans 0, which sounds awesome :) and ended the set with the well-loved Memphis Will Be Laid to Waste.
