Scott Walker, nome d’arte di Noel Scott Engel (Hamilton, Ohio, 9 gennaio 1943), è un cantante e compositore statunitense, fondatore dei The Walker Brothers.
Anche se statunitense di nascita, ebbe i maggiori successi della sua carriera nel Regno Unito, a cavallo tra la decade degli anni sessanta ed i settanta, prima con il gruppo citato, poi da solista.
Fece il suo debutto a Londra negli anni 60 con il trio di finti fratelli The Walker Brothers.
Divenne celebre per i suoi adattamenti in inglese delle canzoni di Jacques Brel e per alcune canzoni molto moderne per l’epoca (es: The Plague et The Old Man’s back again, dedicato al regime neo-stalinista)
