"Can anyone offer any insight on the concept behind this album?" I am interested, too. There is all this kind of stuff Seneca would say ("When the borrowed time is all I have", "The problem with now is no matter how much we want it to, it doesn't last forever"), but I cannot quite connect the dots.

I really like how they put the vocals more towards the front on this one. Gives the songs more levels which I like.

Another excellent album. The Cure's Disintegration definitely had a big influence on their new sound here.

I wish Cult of Luna didn't experiment with Clean Vocals. Their music is much more dense and heavy. However the clean vocals do fit Rosetta in this record perfectly, mainly because they are done in a good way, and not overdone. Wonderful record.

I love "Determinism...", worth every cent. Mainly listen to it at the middle of the night, as it creates contemplate atmosphere.

I'm in the band, "clean" vocals are something we've done already on some songs. They might be something we do in the future as well if it fits the song. The "clean" vocals up to this point have been done by me, if we have any the future they would be done by me or a friend of the band.

Clean vocals on the mellow parts would progress the sound even further... I guess we all just have different opinions. I wish Cult Of Luna would experiment with cleaner vocals too on there upcmoming 2011 release (they are currently in studio or in the writing process i believe.)
